Base info

• All prices are listed as Base Price, which means it can vary depending on the order/character's complexity.• I have patterns, I won't change my art style, copy or highly reference someone else's work;Communication• We can maintain contact on Twitter / Discord / VGen so I can send you a quote and updates on your order.• I'm off on Saturday and Sunday, I'll always answer DMs and messages as soon as possible.Deadlines• The turnaround time depends on your position on Queue and the complexity of your order. You can check my To-Do List on my Trello.• Usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on the order complexity, I'll give you a precise date for delivery based on your order and my To-Do List.• If you have a short/specific due expected for delivery, it may apply a Rush Fee up to 100% of the order value depending on the due delivery.Delivery• The final files will be sent on Drive or E-mail. Make sure to have a safe place for backup. I won't keep files that I personally don't need.• Secret Orders will be charged a fee starting at 20% up to 100% of the final order value. Depending on how much time you want to keep it a secret.
Which means I won't post/stream/show your order until a specific date you define.

Revisions

Revisions are stages where I send you an update of your order and you check if it fits what you want. Other else you can ask for a change / revision.Exceeding the limit of revisions will be charged an Extra Revision.Make sure to include as many details and references as you want.Art RevisionYou have 3 simple Revisions per stage / update, on the Sketch, Coloring and Rendering.EX: Add confettii, sparkles, acessories, text, change colors, texture, etc.At the Sketch stage, you may ask for big changes. EX: pose, idea, expression, background, etc.
Those big changes can only be made at Sketch stage, unless you pay for an Extra Revision. Where I'll need to start a new sketch.Animation Revision

Payment and Refunds

• Payments can be made via PayPal or Stripe.
• Orders made on VGen will include +5% of the final order, being the site fees.• Your order will only be placed on my To-Do List/Queue once the full/first payment is done.• Orders above $150 USD may pay 50/50.
• Orders above @1.000 USD may pay 25/25/25/25. (4x25)First payment made before I start working, last payment after the final revision before the delivery.• You can ask for a refund after the delivery due.
